In order to make the work of the public prosecutor effective or to review any legal arrangement related to the public prosecutor or to make the representation and defense of the government party effective, the Office of the Attorney General may form various task forces or research groups and assign responsibility as needed.
(2) The mandate and responsibilities of the task force or investigation group formed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the Office of the Attorney General.
